My FI and I are doing a destination Vegas chapel wedding with just our immediate family but want to do a little reception when we get back so everyone else we care for can feel involved in our special moment. Oh and the reception needs to double as a going away party because we are moving across the country 2 weeks later.
I'm feeling a little overwhelmed as to how I can make this happen...on a budget and without feeling too formal. We really want the reception to feel very back yard get together with people stopping by and grabbing a brew and a plate but with 100+ people.
Any ideas on how to pull this off on a large scale?
