I'm looking for LEDs that can sit at the bottom of some small ponds but that flicker like candles. I just saw them on Platinum Weddings (which probably means it's out of my budget anyway) but I absolutely loved the look. I can find submersible lights and I can find flicker lights but I can't find ones that do both (at least that I can tell from the websites) Thanks much!
