My FI and I reserved the lodge which is located next to the reception site (a short walk way away) There are 19 bedrooms and we have decided to reserve rooms for our wedding party and immediate family members. How should we go about telling other guests that we would like them to stay there also (we have rented all 19 rooms already) but that by choosing to stay there are agreeing to obey the rules of the country club, we dont want to have anyone feel that they have to stay there just b/c we asked them to. I will be reserving hotel rooms which are about 15 miles away.
