Ecuador Beach Wedding... but where?

I'm planning a beach wedding in Ecuador. Has anyone married there before? I really can't find the perfect spot and getting annoyed already (so much so, I want to just elope now!)
Any ideas where to steer? Any input would be GREAT. Thanks gals
