When we started planning our wedding last December I insisted that we didn't have a "cookie cutter wedding", as the date approaches, I'm noticing we have very few personal touches. I'm not necessarily looking for anything unique, just some personal touches.
We originally talked about having our table numbers be something personal such as locations, numbers or songs that are important to us. Again, not unique but still personalized.
I read somewhere about a couple that did a picture of the bride and groom at different ages at each table. For example table 1, Framed photos of each of us at age 1. I am also iffy about the way this would look. We are having floor length white table cloths with smaller black ones over the top of our round tables. The centerpieces are square mirrors with 3 cylindrical vases(varying heights filled with water and those marble/bead things, a submerged rose and a large floating candle. We will also have smaller votives and rose petals scattered. This would place the picture frames off to the side. Too weird?
