I am in a bit of a dilemma..
I booked my wedding reception in town a few months ago when I first got engaged because at the time I was thinking I didn't really care where my reception was.
Today I went to a wedding show at this other reception and stepped back for a minute and realized this place would be perfect and totally changed my mind. Now I do care where my reception is after seeing this place.
The only problem is I can not decide which one would be better for me and my budget.
Here are the pro's and con's of each.
venue #1
Pros:
- Is only $200
- Bar included
- Close to church being married in
- can do whatever I want to it
- can have it the day before to decorate
Cons:
- Its ugly inside and outside
- will cost me $3000 plus to decorate it
- has low ceilings
- kinda small
- caterers not included.
Venue #2
Pros:
-Beautiful
-high ceilings
-will cost half the price to decorate it
-catering is included at extra cost
-has lots of space
Cons:
cost $1500
is 20 minutes outside of town
no bar included
I wanna know what you ladies think. Should I stay with my original or go with the new venue.
