Photo Booths

I know this is kinda personal to ask, but if your having a photo booth how much are you paying for it?? I feel like prices are really high.

Thanks ladies!

Re: Photo Booths

  • We aren't doing a photobooth - but they run about $1000 where I live.

  • Ours will be $500 for the whole reception and cocktail hour, with double prints, props, scrapbook and attendant.

  • $800-$1500 is the price range I've been quoted where I live for a four hour rental with unlimited prints plus scrapbook and attendant.

  • In our area I saw $750 minimum and up to $1000.

    Ours was $60 because I DIY'd it.

    I used jena's DIY photobooth almost to a T, with the exception I didn't use a magnet.

  • I have gotten prices from 800-2000. Search around, NEVER agree to the list price. Make sure you get am album for people to post photos in so you can have it as a keepsake, and make sure that it includes unlimited prints.

  • I'm paying $500 for 3 hours. Guests can upload their pics to facebook instantly and can also leave a 30sec video message, which I like. The price includes a CS, props, unlimited prints, etc.
  • Ours is $400 for two hrs. With unlimited pics, props, scrap book at the end of night with all photos, and two attendants
    .
  • ^ and online viewing and a flash drive.
  • I've been given prices for about $600 for 4 hours. After reading TiffannieF's reply, I'm now considering DIY because that would definitely cut down the cost.

  • We're getting 4 hours, double prints, props and a scrap book for $500. The company we went through had a $300 off coupon on Craigslist, so I would def check on your local CL board. But be sure to check out the company thoroughly to ensure they are legit.
  • Cackle what is the company you booked? and how long ago did you book them? Kinda hoping they would service my area and that coupon is still valid. Hhhmmm....
  • I have seen several really great deals on LivingSocial and Groupon for photobooth rentals, too. We're not ready to book one yet, but we'll do it that way when it's time.
  • I negotiated a rate of 650.00 with the guy that did mine.  I was so pleased, and it was such a HUGE hit that my (now) husband and I have decided to go into the business for ourselves!!  I'm so excited and can't wait to get rolling with it!  From all the research I've done (and trust me, I have done a TON of research!) prices range anywhere from 700.00 to around 1500.00.  I plan to start low, to get up and running.  If you want more info, contact me.  I'll share what I know, no matter where you are or who you are.  There's lots to know before booking someone to do this for your most important day!!
