I am so excited, I just booked my wedding location today:)) The date is August 29 (2010)! I originally wanted a Saturday wedding but the next available Saturday at the lcoation wasn't until November! The ceremony and reception will be at the Oceanview Inn and Resort in Gloucester, MA. Now comes the fun part...dress, flowers, cake, etc:)

    Congratulations! We just booked our wedding at the Oceanview Inn  nd Resort for July 16th, 2011. We too wanted a Saturday and it was one of the only 2 dates left in summer 2011. Did you do a lot of research before picking the place? We went there out of the blue and just fell in love with the place and spontaneously booked it.

    That's awesome, congrats!! Its crazy how booked up the place gets. Although, I can totally understand since its so beautiful.

    I actually found it 2 weeks ago by browsing reception locations on here! I called right away and they had me come in Saturday to see it. So no, I didn't do a ton of research beforehand. Are you having your wedding in the manor building or the bigger house?? Our guest list is 50-60 people, so it will be held in the Manor.
