I am having a bit of an issue with the guest list. I have booked the perfect venue for my reception in the heart of the Canadian Rockies. It is a gazebo on a horse stable that can accommadate 80 people for a dinner and dance. The problem is we invited 113 people to come to our wedding. We expected that many wouldn't be able to come because of the distance or because of finances. Well it is looking as though the majority will be coming. So now we are left with a problem to solve. My fiance and I have decided to sent up a tent next to the gazebo for the dance. The DJ and some lighting will be placed in there along with some decorations. This way the gazebo can hold 90 people for dinner. What do you guys think?
Can we make the RSVP date early so that we have more time to make arrangements? Because it won't be as simple as just pulling up another chair in our case.
