Hi All: I've gotten generally consistent feedback from banquet facilities that their service includes 1 server per 10 guests. BUT, I have heard from one name brand organization that they offer 1 per 15 and they work "pairs" so it goes fast.
Additionally, I've been quoted 20% service fee up to a 22% service fee. Does that seem typical? Is there an expectation of tipping beyond the service fee?
ANy thoughts on that from the crowd? This is for a NNJ wedding.
