I'm trying to figure out how many beers and Hors D'oeurves to order and I'm stumped!
Here are the details:
120-150 people
Ceremony is at 1:30
Social: 2:00-3:30
Dinner: 3:30-5:30
Dance: 5:30-11
My FH and I are 24 and 25 and our friends like to drink and have a great time. The wedding is a resort in northern Minnesota which is conducive to drinking because of the atmosphere (outside, not in a super fancy location, more laid back), and people will be staying there and don't need to drive-I don't want to sound like a lush or an alcoholic, it's just since it's in northern MN, there aren't any options to resupply drinks (mainly kegs) so we need to order enough initially. The resort suggested that we order two kegs but we were thinking more than that!! Do you have any suggestions?
Also, how many Hors D'oeurves should I order?
