truffle recipe

my friend just sent this to me and it looked to amazing (and easy!) not to share... TRUFFLES   1 pack of Oreo’s (can use reduced-fat) 1 pack of cream cheese (can use low-fat) 1 pack of peanut butter melts (from AC MOORE) 1 pack of milk chocolate melts (from AC MOORE) 2 baking sheets wax paper zip-lock bags room in your refrigerator   Easy breezy directions J 1)       Put some Oreo’s in a zip lock bag and crush them with your hands, do this until the entire pack of Oreo’s is crushed into small pieces 2)       Mix the crushed Oreo’s with the pack of cream cheese in a blender until smooth 3)       Put wax paper on 2 baking sheets 4)       Make small sized balls out of the mix and put them on the baking sheets 5)       Put the baking sheets in the refrigerator to harden the mix for about 30 minutes 6)       Melt the peanut butter melts as directed on package 7)       Take the baking sheets out of the refrigerator 8)       Dip balls in peanut butter and place on wax paper covered baking sheet 9)       Refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour 10)   Melt the milk chocolate melts as directed on package 11)   Put the melted chocolate in a zip-lock bag and cut the corner off, drizzle on the truffles – refrigerate   ENJOY!   Note: You can replace the flavors of the chocolate melts. I also like taking the dark chocolate mint for the outside of the truffles and sprinkle the green vanilla flavored melts
