So I found the perfect floating candles (dark red flower) for my centerpieces...tested out the burn time and it was roughly four hours. Guests will be seated for dinner around 730 and I plan to have the reception go on until midnight (when they'll start to kick us out). Do you think it's okay to use these candles that maybe burn for four hours even though the reception is longer than four hours? Even if the candles are lit at 715-ish (I want photog to capture the empty tables beforehand) I don't see them lasting past 11pm. I am only using these candles on half the tables, the other half are feather trees, so I plan to maybe use an LED light in the eiffel tower vase and avoid the potential for feather trees to catch on fire. The venue does offer their own votive candles, so maybe also put those ones on the tables? Is that too many candles?
