So after months of searching, literally 4 months, we have found the perfect venue for our wedding. The pictures are gorgeous and I just fall more and more in love with it each time I think about it. I haven't had the opportunity of visiting the site in the past (it's a little over an hour away) but next saturday my groom and I will be meeting with the coordinator there. We will also be having our ceremony there at no additional cost. What I know so far is that since it's a winery, if we serve wine, we must serve their wine but we can use any caterer.
What questions should I be asking??? All I have come up with are the following:
--What does the price include?
--Are we responsible for setting up and tearing down the venue?
--What time (how early) can we arrive to set-up and to get ready/dressed?
--Will we be responsible for rentals of chairs/tables for the reception and chairs for the ceremony?
--Are place settings included?
--Are there any discounts offered with our purchase of wine?
--Can music be played in the vineyard during the ceremony?
Any feedback is greatly appreciated. I just want to make sure I go in prepared.
