Ok so I am getting married in Laguna Beach and the the ceremony is on the beach and the reception is inside the hotel with a huge oceanfront view. Our colors are pink and black, but Im beginning to wonder if were supposed to be doing a strictly beach theme reception. I know its my wedding and I can do what I want but would it be tacky if we made the theme whatever we wanted? Like for instance the centerpieces are going to be pink tiger lilys submerged under water in tall cylinder vases. And as for escort cards/place card holders do we need to do something like seashells? Im so lost and I just really dont wanna be judged about being tacky or anything. Any advice?
