Our plan was to have escort cards per couple with some kind of color indication of their meal choice. Even though we requested on our RSVP that each guest initial their meal choice, we've had about half the guests just fill out how many they want of each item- not who is getting what.
Now I'm not sure what to do. Do we call each couple to find out who's eating what? Or just indicate both selections on the escort card and let the waitstaff ask who got what?
Also, any ideas on how to indicate meal selections on the escort card would be greatly appreciated.
