Reception advice??

I love the tradition of the bouquet toss/garter toss during wedding receptions. The problem is, nearly all of my friends are married, and the few that are single won't get up in front of people. Does anyone know of any other cute reception traditions that I could replace the bouquet toss with?

Married dance
All married couples on dance floor.  Elimination by how long married.  Longest married gets the bouquet

I really like the last idea of including all the ladies and including some sort of prize. I think a lot of ladies don't like participating because it calls them out as single.
