Our wedding colors are brown and yellow .... how do i choose which color chair cover tie. The napkins are yellow and the banquet give you white table cloths.

I would do brown, since some of the other linens are already yellow.  Or try to play them off of the centerpieces too.  Do you have a more clear idea of what will be on the tables instead of just the napkins?

Ditto pp.. I'd go with the brown chair sashes so you have a nice balance of the colors and not too much of only one color.
