I am planning on having my wedding and reception at a concert venue/bar but there is no kitchen for the caterers to use, only a walk in fridge and staging area. Does anyone have any recommendations on what kind of food i should serve that would do well in this setting? I have a budget of $3000 max for food and it is a daytime wedding. I am going to have about 100 guests. Also i do not have to worry about drinks since the venue price include open bar.
