Outdoor Mountain Wedding (With an Indoor Feel) Decor Ideas Needed :)

Hi Everyone,
My fiance and I are having our wedding at an amazing venue in a small mountain town in NM. Our date is September 8,2012. 
I do not want to do anything to distract from the atmosphere of the venue, but I need to do some sort of table decorations. 
We are going with a lovebird theme with chocolates and just a hint of turquoise. Also, I love sunflowers so all of my boquets will simply be sunflowers!
Any ideas?
