Who is your cell phone carrier?

I'm looking for a cheaper plan than I have and maybe add another line. Do you like them?

Verizon. I've had them for about 7 years now & haven't had any problems. Best service I've ever had.

Verizon as well. I've been with them for 10+ years with no issues. Plus I get a discount through work so its inexpensive.

Ditto on the discount as well.

Verizon here too.  Been with them 11 years, great service, phone selection could be better but what can you do?  Almost everyone we talk to regularly is in network so it's free to talk to them.  FI and I are on a family plan for our BBs and he gets a discount through work.

I have AT&T and have for about 5 years with no issues. I also get a discount through work.

I'm on AT&T.  The service is good and I like having rollover minutes because I don't use the phone the same amount of min every month.

I had Verizon for about 7 years, and loved it.  Agreed the phone selection could be better, but the coverage was great, never had any issues.  When I was younger, I was on my mom's plan (both she and my dad get discounts through work).  And, every time my sister and I had an issue with the phone, they were always really helpful.  In fact, my sister just took her new phone back that she had had for 6 weeks (you can return it within the first month with no issues, but she was trying to get used to a touch screen and just ended up hating it), and they helped her out and traded it in and got her another phone with very minimal fuss. Now, though, I am on FI's AT&T plan, and I have to say, while it's okay, I am not as impressed with it as I was Verizon.  Maybe it's because within a week of me switching, everything bad that could happen has happened, and not with phones- the network was down for over a day, and you couldn't even dial 911, which I had a huge issue over. For us, though, it's cheaper to be on AT&T because of the discounts his dad gets us with FI's job- we both have data plans, etc etc.  Regardless of that, if you just want a regular phone, Verizon would be the way that I would recommend.  And remember, they are coming out with an iPhone in 2010...

I have AT&T with the iphone.  I've been happy - no problems.

I've been with AT&T forever and I love that there are rollover minutes.  I haven't went over my minutes since they introduced them and I only keep about 450 daytime to keep my bills lower. The only issue I've had with them was all the switching they were doing a few years back.  It was super annoying as a customer to go from AT&T to Cingular and then back to AT&T.

I've had Sprint for over 15 years! My one and only, so I can't compare, but I've been happy.

I have two phones (one for work one for personal) so I do have a comparison. Home is Sprint, Work is AT&T. Most times if I dont have service on my AT&T phone, I DO have service on my sprint phone. My FI has Verizon. It seems if I had to rank them I'd say Verizon first, Sprint second and AT&T dead last.

With Verizon no matter where I am in my own home I have service. DH has an iphone with AT&T and his phone cuts out all.the.time. Especially when he's upstairs. Its soo annoying.

I'd love to know which carrier's service is so good that they can get reception on the metro.  And then I'd like to punch the person responsible for that in the face.

JEGs and I just switched about a two years ago from T-Mobile to AT&T.  T Mobile sucks.  End of story.I am really happy with AT&T.  I get service everywhere, even at 800ft!  Can't do that with Verizon ;)  I also really like their rollover minutes.  I can't say much about the family plan because we don't have one.  We had SUCH a bad experience with T-Mobiles family plan, I will never have one again.OH yeah, I get a discount through my work too.

I have Verizon and have had them for about 6 or 7 years now. I love them and get great service. My FI on the other hand has an iphone with AT&T and the only reason he switched to them was for the iphone. He hates AT&T and if and when the iphone goes to verizon he is switching back.
