timeline sugestions getting married at 12 12 30 reception same place

our venue is book for 12 - 6 30  i have no idea on how to plan the day

Do you have an event or venue planner or DJ?  They can help also.  if you are having a 4 hour reception, the ceremony could be 1-1:30; cocktail hour/pictures 1:30-2:30; reception 2:30-6:30.  I am not sure what your situation is as far as what you are providing in terms of food. 

Someone who has done a daytime wedding would probably be more help.

ditto stephiehall's timeline. If you want to start at 12:30 just adjust by a half hour.
12:30-1 ceremony
1-2 cocktail hour (unless you're taking pictures before then you could go right into intros and a lunch)
2-6:30 reception

we are having the cermony and reception in the same place but we have to take pics 10 mins away at the park.  the block time we are paying for is 12 - 630 im praying people dont get bored.  i dont want to see my fiancee before the ceremony i think its bad luck.  i really hate the idea of paying for unused time but i want the day to flow nicely help

i havent found a dj yet, we are using three different rooms and the food is included i can set anytime after 9 am and they will do they set up if i drop off items 3 days before worried about that but i figured if i go in early since im getting dressed their i can double check b4

i forgot to mention we are paying for dessert which takes an hour to serve (sticking point with fiancee) i almost want to cancel this addition but it comes with unlimited stawberries and champange throughout the days event on top of are open bar is it too much?
