XP: Shuttle Bus Times- What times would you pick?

Our ceremony starts at 6:30pm on a Friday, (16 days left!) with reception to immediately follow.  The hotel where we blocked rooms is offering 4 trips FROM hotel TO venue. Director said we can pick the times, with an estimated 15 mins in between each as that's how long it will take to drop off and come back. (just over a mile away) What 4 times would you pick to have shuttle leave hotel? I think my biggest concern is that although guests have stated they want to make the ceremony, I do not anticipate everyone being able to be there by 6:30 due to work and normal Friday evening traffic.
