How to tie in an Ice Cream Bar to an asain theme reception?

We are having an asain theme reception, chinese take out, sushi, chop sticks, even a big 10 foot dragon decoration. But I know i want to have an ice cream sundae/float bar. Any creative ideas on how to make the two fit together?
