My fiance's great grandmother, Grandmother and mother as catering are wedding. They are cooking everything and bringing everything to the reception hall. The only thing is they said they do not want to be responsible of keeping the food replensihed or clean up. The problems is I have NO ONE else! So my question is what do I do? Has anyone ever had this problem? What did you do? Can you hire someone to serve the food? If so, where can you find someone and how do you know if their dependable?
