Limited Time w/ 2nd Photog, How should I squeeze in important events?

Hi Knotties!
I just signed my Photog contract with one of the BEST companies in Chicago, I am BEYOND excited! I definitely wanted a second photog to help capture the special moments but I will only have him/her for 4 hours. I was thinking (the beginning of the reception 5PM-9:00PM) Dinner starts at 7PM , so what order of events should I follow during the reception in order to squeeze in cake cutting, garter and bouquet toss, dances, speeches, etc? Thanks!
