So, i'm experiencing a dilemma when it comes to getting my reception hall decorated. We're having the ceremony and reception at Dunsmuir Historic Estates in Oakland. The ceremony will be outside in the garden, and the reception in a hall on the grounds. My problem is this - we only get an hour for set up. If I'm not mistaken, the caterer will be in charge of table set up and centerpieces etc, but who can I get to decorate the hall? I'd hoped to be getting ready and taking pictures with my family in that hour, and it seems rude to ask my friends. Worse still, I'm a really DIY kind of person, and it really rubs the the wrong way to have to hire someone (?!?) to do something that I could totally do if I was twins.
Help please, I don't even know where to look.
