Hi, I was looking on a bakers website and it had a page of "centerpiece cakes" that she has done. I guess the idea is that instead of a large wedding cake there are many smaller cakes. The smaller cakes are used at the tables as decorations until cake cutting time when the cake is cut for the table its at. I thought it was an interesting idea but I dont' know. What does everyone think?
