I've decided (based on comments from an earlier post) to do 10 low tables with chairs for my cocktail reception, but to also have a few high tables around the dance floor. I'm fine with paying the money for the linens for these extra tables, but do I also need to add centerpieces to those tables?
Our linens will be white tablecloth, with a charcoal gray pintuck table runner and a eggplant purple table runner on top of that. So is this enough that I can get away without centerpieces being added? Will having a sash to tie the tablecloth to the table leg make a difference either way? TIA
