I have been researching uplighting and found that there are 2 different kinds: LED and Par Cans. I found that the par cans are not as safe as the LED. Unfortunately, I only found 2 companies that have uplighting in my area. One has LED and the other has Par Cans.
Dilemma: I don't know who to believe is better. They both say they create more of a wash across the walls instead of beams of light than the other. I want a wash, almost like turning the entire wall purple. When I met with them, they showed me pics and I couldn't really tell because they were pics after the reception started and people were in the way of the view.
Does anyone know which creates more of a wash? If neither, do you know of any way to turn the lighting in the room purple or at the the entire wall?
