Ceremony to Reception Transition?

We are having a first look at a Ranch before we head over to our church - where we will be having both our ceremony and our reception. It isn't a chapel-type church. We just got the facility just a few short weeks ago, so it's a business center that we have turned into a church! It's like a big open lobby and we want to have a reception immediatly follow the ceremony. How do we do that? We would have to already have reception tables set aside, so then do we just have a group of guys that will dedicate to move the chairs and put them according to the tables that get moved? I have a few pictures of the facility:

I was thinking this is the area we could place the already set-up tables for the reception. Behind that curtain is the area that leads to the hallway for bathrooms.

This is the other side of the cafe area - that is the soundboard workstation for the projection screen, lights, and sound.



From the last picture, you can see that obviously we would set the chairs up accordingly to the ceremony, and we would probably need someone to move the tables forward and move the chairs? We want to use the chairs for the tables also.
