We are holding our reception in a hotel banquet room. We were just given the contract to sign and one thing I notice is that they say a DJ must be certified to broadcast music live... through BMI and or Ascap.
Well we were planning on just plugging in my ipod and running playlists.
What's is up with the BMI thing. Can that be right??
