My husband and I got married in December of 2009. We threw all of our big wedding plans for our October 2010 out the window on a random Saturday night last November, and decided to just go for it. The only down side to all of this was that we knew there were going to be lots of people that couldn't make it. So, we agreed that we would just have the ceremony, and on our one year anniversary we would throw a big reception. Well, we've been married for almost 4 months now, which means the reception is only 8 months away...and I need to start planning. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on how to word our "save the dates" which are more like wedding announcements that are letting people know we are having a reception this year. Also, if anyone knows of a good caterer in the Concord/Charlotte, NC area, please let me know!!!
