Fabulous Cocktail Party...Would love your ideas!!!

Hi All,
We are looking to have a fabulous cocktail party with about 80 guests somewhere in NJ...great cocktail party food, fantastic music and a fun venue...any suggestions for locations, colors, furniture rental (couches, etc.) is GREATLY appreciated!!!!
