I was 99% sold on the Bourbon Orleans Hotel until they just sent me their "in case of rain" back up venue. Major DEALBREAKER.

So I'm hoping someone out there can reccomend a venue. We really want a courtyard/outdoor ceremony followed by a reception indoors. I need the venue to be all-inclusive with open bar and meals/buffet. I am planning this from Ontario, Canada and can't really do too much myself. It's a 50 person wedding and my budget is around $150-190 per person including set-up, grat and service fees.
Most venues i've contacted so far have a 10k minimum...argh.
I would love to hear your suggestions...we're trying to make a decision by the end of next week.
