We're stocking our own bar for the wedding and we're working on a menu right now. We've already decided to stick to beer and wine (we won't have real bartenders to know how to mix anything)
I had thought that for beer we'll do some kind of a domestic light, domestic regular and then maybe a craft or micro-brew from the area.
For wine some kind of white, a red and a blush, with a fourth choice from a local winery thrown in there.
Does this sound ok? FI and I are sort of worried being too limiting, but we don't want to get into ordering too many different kinds since we are taking care of all of this.
