Hi everyone,
I started a thread about sushi at the wedding and received more feedback regarding the amount of food being served so I guess I am well into the wedding dilema of one problem solved, another one created??? We are having a cocktail style reception with that informatio being placed on the wedding invites. The reception is from 7-11
I met with my planner and the caterer and voiced my concerns regarding the feedback I received. As it stands we have 4 butler style passed appetizers for the first hour (bruschetta, olives/cheese, eggplant rollatini, & mozxerlla skewers (7-8), then the pasta station will give the guests four different styles of pasta, (lasagna, white, ried and vegi). She also contracted with a sushi restaurant for 300 pieces of sushi (about 50% of our guest eat sushi sushi). Homemade bread and dipping oils will also be included(8-10). At 9:30another station will be opened until 11 for burgers, fries, pizza and french fries. My planner and the caterer have assured me that this is enough food, any opinions or suggestions???
