Number of Signatures on Wine Bottle Guestbook

To anyone doing the wine bottle guestbook - how many bottles are you getting?  So far we've prepared 5 wine bottles for everyone to sign, but we're afraid it won't be enough.  We're having a pretty large reception.  We're thinking of doing one of the larger bottles (1.5L), but probably would prefer to keep it to the regular sized bottles.  Suggestions and tips are greatly appreciated!

Keep in mind that not everyone signs the guestbook and often couples will sign it together. 

Without knowing how many guests you have it's hard to give you a number, but in any case I think it will work out better to have just one item for people to sign, perhaps two if necessary.
