So sort of in a dilema here...I had orginally planned on having an open seating arrangement since we are having a buffet style dinner service, but I was just informed that FI's parents invited about 50 of their friends which doubles the guest list..so now I am thinking a Table assignment is needed..any thoughts or idea on how to make a table seating assignment for about 140 people..total headache. I thought of doing the chalkboard thing and writing people's names on a board, but I would prob need two boards..and that might get confusing.
