My fiance and I are getting married on August 4th next year on a rach outside of where we live. It is a western theme, and a pretty casual, laid back event. We are paying for the wedding so we are debating whether to hire a DJ or just do it ourselves. There is a sound system where we are having the reception so we could easily plug in an ipod or cd or something. We want to be able to dance, since most of our friends and family all love to, and so do we. I would love to hear some pros/cons on this. Thanks so much!
