Hey! So my reception venue has "bingo" signs and other ugly things that I need to cover up. The building has a drop celing and we were thinking about using fabric to hang from the ceiling rails- well... fabric is too expesive! Does anyone have any other ideas? I found an idea on another website to use the plastic table cloths that you can get in rolls from a party place like this
