Book and Film Wedding?

What the boards thoughts on a wedding combining our love of great books and films?  I have seen themes on both, but never together.  Any ideas?  We prefer more vintage / DIY styles than anything flashy or over the top.

Maybe rather than films as a theme, you could do vintage Hollywood decor - watch some of the old movies you love and see how they decorated, then use that as inspiration for centerpieces or linens. I don't know if you wanted more of a film theme than that, but that may be a way to tie it in without going over board.

Naming your tables after old movies could work, too.  

I like edie's book centerpiece idea, also.

Well - what films does he love and what books do you love? Do they have something in common, or is the problem stemming from you having different taste in books/movies?
