I am sure, that save-the-date is not a new idea, but it will be the first in my family and friends. So,we are getting married in September and I am trying to send them before the end of December. Still waiting for a few adresses. Now people are expecting it to be either a christmas card or the invite!! Our theme is vintage nostalgic, the whole idea start with my ring. See it a blue saphire ring and it is just have this nostalgic feel to it. So we decided to work around my engagement ring. So the real invites will be a newspaper, containing all the information needed. So know I would like to know, I did bought some paper, looking vintage, for save-the-date, must I incorparate these paper again into the invitation? Please help??
