Reception Set Up

I have my venue booked from 12 pm to 11pm, and our ceremony is at 3 pm.  The woman who helped book the venue is great, but they do not offer reception set up past setting the tables and chairs out.  I have no idea who will help put the linens on the tables, set the tables, put out the centerpieces and candles on the tables, etc.  My mom and sister will want to be getting ready and I don't know if I can expect the caterer/dj/bartender to do it.  This may seem like a basic question, but it is stressing me out.  I want it to look like the picture I have in my head.  Help!!!  Any suggestions?
