AHR / RSVP envelopes Q

Our AHR is going to be a very informal event. For the RSVP card return envelope are you writing out your address or using pre-printed labels?

Re: AHR / RSVP envelopes Q

  • Ours is going to be very informal as well more like a graduation party with music rather then a sit down dinner, dancing etc.  I am considering doing RSVP by email to cut down on postage! If you want to have them sent back I would just use a pre-printed label IMO, save your hand from writers cramp lol.

  • We did a regrets only RSVP... because ours is kind of a big open cocktail party and we don't need a super official head count so I am not much help... But IMHO... I think that you would be fine to use pre-printed labels... especially because it's not a super formal party. Save yourself the hand cramps :-)
  • I would just get some labels from VP and put them on there. My handwriting sucks, plus I wouldn't want to write it on 250 envelopes =)
  • I agree - use labels!

  • Depending on the size of the RSVP cards, you could always print them at home directly on the envelope using a cool font. I usually do this with my Christmas cards and it looks great.
  • I agree with PP!! We have been doing it and in IMHO it looks super cute and isnt to hard to do..
