Woohoo!! I just finished hand addressing all of our invitations. Well, almost all - there are some people who just recently moved, about 7 left to get more info on before I can send them. But generally speaking, they are all done!! I am so happy to have this done. I wasn't planning on sending them until mid-September, but I doubt I will just be able to sit on them for that long. They will probably go out sometime next week at the latest
We are asking for RSVP's by Oct. 31, so I think 7-8 weeks is ample time for everyone to decide if they can go to Cancun or not. Basically everyone knows about it, where it's at, and the dates (from our STD's and wedding blog). So, it's weird because the invitations are really more of a formality with our wedding. I pretty much know who is coming and who isn't already, but I know to be surprised when the RSVP's actually start rolling in. I have also already decided that no response is a No. I'm not tracking people down if they don't have the courtesy to drop a (already stamped!) card in the mail with Yes or No checked. Ok, SO HAPPY!
