Sarah you have done such a great job!I have a question: what is your calorie intake? Like, I try and stick to 1200 calories a day. Are you doing that? Geez, I have 19 more days until we leave and I am really hoping for big results like yours before we go. I am on day 4 of the Shred and am doing it every single day, plus walking or running in the evenings. The pain has finally subsided for the most part, that  feels much better. LOL :) Last night FI and I took a brisk walk for 1.5 miles after dinner.You are such an inspiration! Thank you!

  • Sorry to butt in but I have to agree!  I've super motivated by all your hard work Sarah and am on day 3 of The Shred and walking an hour a day as well.  Today I didn't really feel like working out but I made myself and am so happy I did!  Thanks for the inspiration!!! :)
  • Aw thanks girls!!!!!!! I try to stay 1200-1500 calories a day. I am good about around 1200 during the week, on the weekends I'm closer to 1500. (I refuse to give up wine. LOL!) I am really excited about the progress I made over the past 30 days... when I get home from Hawaii I am totally writing to Jillian. Doubt she would actually read it... but I just feel like I have to! I have struggled with my weight for my entire life, and this is the FIRST time I have actually seen good results. I am so stoked that other girls on here are getting so motivated - You guys have no idea how good it makes me feel!!! :-D
