Sarah you have done such a great job!I have a question: what is your calorie intake? Like, I try and stick to 1200 calories a day. Are you doing that? Geez, I have 19 more days until we leave and I am really hoping for big results like yours before we go. I am on day 4 of the Shred and am doing it every single day, plus walking or running in the evenings. The pain has finally subsided for the most part, that feels much better. LOL
