Hi: I'm getting married on March 23, 2010 in Magen's Bay on the beach.

I am! I'm getting married at the Frenchman's Reef Marriott on 2/2/10!

Are you using any vendors on the island or is it taken care of by the hotel?

Everything is taken care of by the hotel...they actually won't let us choose our own vendors. I kinda had a problem with that at first, but now I'm thinking that they know the best vendors and have been doing this for years so I need to stop being a control freak and just relax. We'll see how it all works out for me

I know what you mean. They handle everything for me as well. I wish I can atleast have a cake sample. lol I am also a control freak. But atleast if they do it for us it takes a lot of weight off of us GL

I am using a lot of the vendors that the hotel provides. However, I am using my own photog...Ashley Photography. She is awesome and came highly recommended by other brides on here. She also is a wealth of knowledge about the island and wedding vendors! I know that for my flowers my vendor is East End Flower Shop & the cake will be provided by VI Desserts. I have also heard great things about those vendors too!

I'm getting married April 27, 2010 at Lindquist Beach.  We're renting villas rather than staying at a hotel so I'm using all island vendors, except the photographer is coming from Michigan.

Hi , I'm also getting married in St. Thomas on June 18, 2010 at Frenchman's Reef. I picked that place because my family and guests can stay there with an all-inclusive option, which is nice plus I loved the photographer compared to other all-inclusive resorts.
