We are having a HARD TIME!!! deciding. we did go to a wedding a few weeks ago and the groom is a VERY WEALTY Dr. and they walked into the reception to MOVIN ON UP. I thought it was FUNNY beyond beleif, but I think some of his family thought it TACY.....

I think I'm going to walk down the aisle to Lullaby by the Dixie Chicks. We're not having a formal reception so I won't be walking into the restaurant to any music.

Haven't decided yet but I think that's funny.  We went to a wedding a while back and they walked in to "Welcome to the Jungle".  The wedding was black tie and I think everyone still loved it!

OK, I'm sure this is gonna sound really corney, but I LOVE this song.  I'm walking down the aisle to a song from one of the Harry Potter movies.  Its called Harry in Winter and its instramental and I think its beautiful.  People aren't going to know its from Harry Potter unless they have the soundtrack.  I have NO idea what we are going to walk out to though.  We aren't really having a formal reception so I couldn't help you there.

I have no idea for the reception, but we'll have a steel drummer for the ceremony.  I think I'm just going to tell him to improvise the entrance and exit.

Not sure about the reception, but for the ceremony I am wanting to walk in with "Litle Green Apples" by Dean Martin and out to "We Have All The Time In The World"  by Louis Armstrong (April it is from a James Bond collection hehehe)  We are really in to old music so these fit us perfectly.

My BMs walked into Broken Road, I walked into Canon in D, we walked back down the aisle to Beautiful Day (U2) and signed our marriage license to Over The Rainbow.  We walked into the reception to "I Gotta Feeling" by Black Eyed Peas.  Somehow that became the un-official theme song of the week.  I'm the only person in the world that can get brought to tears by that song simply because it reminds me of our wedding week and the feeling of walking into the reception!

I love how unique everyone's selections are.  That's just what it's meant for too.  I'll be walking down to I Want To Hold Your Hand. Across the Universe has a beautiful version sung by the actress.  I love it.

Cindy-I am obsessed with Across the Universe.  I saw it twice in theaters and bought it the week it came out!!! I am thinking of IZ's version of Somewhere Over the Rainbow/What a Wonderful World.  Then someone at work told me it was generic-it pissed me off to say the least!

I'm walking down the aisle to an instrumental version of All I Ask of You from the Phantom of the Opera.  The WP and parents will walk to Canon in D.  I'm toying with the last song before Canon in D (while people are arriving and being seated) being "Somebody's Getting Married" from the Muppet Movie since I LOVE the Muppets.  For our reception entrance, FI wants to do "Georgia on My Mind" as a tribute to our previous DW plans, but I'm trying to talk him into something a little more upbeat.
