Since today is music day....opinions please

So I'm having a hard time deciding on a father daughter dance song. We're not super close and definitely don' want something too mushy or too slow of a song, but there seems like nothing. I like the Tim McGraw song My little Girl, but our first dance is My Best Friend by Tim McGraw so I thought it would be awkward to have back to back TM songs. I think AlisonPilgrim had this issue too...If you read this did you ever pick a song? Here are some options... the first one is good pace and lyrics...but I really feel cheesy w/ a Miley Cyrus song, LOL1. Ready, Set, Don't Go, Miley & Billy Ray Cyrushttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g3LS-VT3K8A2. There you'll be, Faith Hillhttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IpaBQPspLXg3. There goes my Life, Kenny Chesneyhttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9MIJShOqh8QWhat do you girls think?

• Unfortunately I don't have audio here at work so I can't listen to those. But, I am surprised you don't think My Little Girl by TM is too mushy. Ever since I got engaged that song makes me cry every time I hear it! Also, as far as having two TM songs - if you like them I think that's what matters the most. Sure some people will notice and *might* think it's strange, but who cares! It's your wedding and the main thing is for them to mean something to you. This might be one of those things where you're over thinking it, just like we all do! :) Ultimately it's up to you & what you're happy with.
• We are dancing to Then by Brad Paisley, and my Dad and I are dancing to He Didn't Have to Be by Brad Paisley too.I think it's suitable to dance to 2 songs by then same artist.
• I think it's fine to do 2 back-toback from the same artist.  I can't access youtube at work, but me & my dad danced to "In My Life" by the Beatles.
• I ended up compiling a list of songs that I liked and gave it to my dad. He ended up not choosing any of them and wants "Color My World" by Chicago. This song has like 1 line of words and the rest is all just melody. I had never heard it before until he suggested it and I looked it up online. It's not really what I had in mind, but it's OK. I think it will work just fine....and it's what he wants, so I don't mind.My first choice was "You've got a Friend" by James Taylor. I also had Tim McGraw on the list, along with "I loved her First" by Heartland.
